Russia fails in bid to reverse ban on its ships using Europe’s docks and locks

Russian authorities challenged restrictive measures imposed by EU ministers against ships approved by the St Petersburg ship-certifying body. The EU's General Court rejected a bid to overturn the ban, but left the door open for future recognition of the authority.
